Josh was born with an extremely rare condition, known as Vein of Galen Malformation (VOGM). This meant Josh was battling through strokes and seizures, both before and after birth, which lead to him developing epilepsy, an intellectual disability, and hydrocephalus. At 26 years old, Josh is the oldest living person in the southern hemisphere with VOGM, which is no small feat!

Currently, the only treatment known to better his quality of life is  only available in the US. We are raising the funds to get him that treatment, with the hopes that Josh continues to live his life to the absolute fullest.
